In 2015, our Co-Founder, Willi Kellich (CEO/CFO), implemented his first finance automation solution for a bookkeeping process. He constantly wondered why more companies were not embracing automation to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and create more time for strategic decision-making.
Transforming Willi’s ideas and concepts into real-world software solutions and automated workflows is the passion of our Co-Founder, Finn Löloff (CTO & AI Engineer). Together, they founded Oakfyn with the mission of strengthening the roots of every company: finance, technology, and infrastructure. When these foundations are unbalanced, growth becomes difficult, inefficient, and costly.
Through a network of more than 300 professionals worldwide, Oakfyn delivers tailored solutions designed around each client’s unique needs. The team behind Oakfyn has worked together for more than seven years and includes certified tax advisors, senior controllers, accountants, venture capital analysts, technology specialists, and other experienced professionals.

With more than 15 years of experience in finance and strategy, Willi has built an impressive track record that includes:
- Two IPOs (Nasdaq Sweden and Frankfurt Stock Exchange)
- More than 40 M&A transactions
- Over 12 successful restructuring projects that returned companies to profitability
- More than €880 million raised through equity and debt financing
- Building eight finance departments from the ground up
- Integrating over 30 accounting, finance, and operational workflows
Friends describe Willi as calm as the ocean. No matter how challenging a situation may be, he rarely focuses on the problem itself — he focuses on finding the solution.
As a passionate CrossFit enthusiast and survivor of two serious childhood accidents, giving up has never been part of his mindset.
His professional journey began at the age of 14, cleaning toilets alongside his mother. Through hard work, determination, and continuous learning, he eventually became CFO of a publicly listed group employing more than 1,000 people while still in his early thirties.
Today, having achieved many of his business goals, Willi is committed to sharing his experience while continuing to learn and evolve himself. This commitment is one of the reasons he partnered with Finn Löloff: to explore new technologies such as AI, mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs, and work alongside someone whose talent and character he deeply respects.
Co-FounderAt first glance, you might expect Finn to be the stereotypical young and wild tech entrepreneur. In reality, he is calm, analytical, and highly solution-oriented.
With more than five years of experience in software development and artificial intelligence, Finn has already established himself as an exceptional talent. As a teenager, he built his first websites and automated workflows for clients, laying the foundation for what would become his professional career.
In Finn’s world, almost anything is possible. He never backs away from a challenge. When confronted with a new problem, he immerses himself in the topic, masters it, and delivers results. For him, no client request is impossible — there is always a solution waiting to be discovered.
Finn approaches every project with precision, carefully evaluating risks, mitigation strategies, costs, and opportunities. Since joining the team, his work has consistently generated outstanding feedback and recommendations from clients.
